Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness to all clients and to allow adequate time for scheduling, I kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, including same-day cancellations, will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service amount. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
I understand that unexpected situations and emergencies can arise. If you experience an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please reach out to me as soon as possible. I truly value and appreciate my clients, and I will always do my best to be understanding when life happens.
